Material Girl Makeup!

The Material Girl, Madonna and her daughter Lourdes' clothing line, is branching into beauty products! The first offerings will arrive in store at Macy's on August 15th and include lip glosses, body sprays and lotions says WWD. Eye palettes will be arriving in stores in September. Lourdes, who serves as the face of the brand, said it was lots of fun to help create and choose the products. "The body products have fun names like Wicked Watermelon, Flirty Fruit, Midnight Magnolia and Sinful Sugar. I chose scents that I loved," says the teenage fashionista. The products will range in price from $7- $12 and come in a variety of scents and colors. Nail polishes come in 10 different colors, lip glosses in 12 colors and the body washes, lotions and mists will come in six different scents. The products are packaged in fun, bright colors and are a great, inexpensive way to start experimenting with makeup.

Something Blue

On her wedding day, a bride is suppose to wear something old, new borrowed, and blue. Well when I thought wedding and bllue, my mind instantly thought about Tiffany's signature color of blue. So I looked for items a bride could wear that came in the tiffany blue color, and I stumbled on these lovely shoes from Aruna Seth. They're called Farfalla Light Tiffany Blue Platform Heels.

 I also found out that on her wedding, actress Sarah Rue wore these shoes. The shoes fit in perfectly with her hummingbird and butterfly garden themed wedding.

Victoria Beckham Designs for Hermes

The former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham, has teamed up with couture house Hermes to design a super posh handbag. Owning over 100 Hermes bags herself, Victoria knows a thing or two about the Hermes look.
She designed the bag using white crocodile skin, with gold chain and clasps. Due to the bag being a one of a kind creation, and a Hermes at that, the price is huge - $15,000.  Selfridges' has announced that the handbag will be part of their White Christmas Collection. Rumor has it, if bought the bag will come with a handwritten note, by Victoria herself.

Kate's Wedding Dress on Display

Kate Middleton's bridal gown is currently on display at Buckingham Palace! The stunning Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen dress is the main attraction at the summer exhibit in the palace’s ballroom, where visitors can also see the Duchess’ earrings, tiara, shoes and wedding cake! Record crowds are expected: 127,000 advance tickets at $28 each have already been sold for the display, which is scheduled to run through October 3rd. Here are a few pics of the display.

New Fragrance by Taylor Swift

Taylor fans every where will be happy to know, that the country singer will be launching her first fragrance.
Taylor partnered with Elizabeth Arden to launch her very first fragrance, named 'Wonderstruck'
The new signature fragrance will debut in stores nationwide.
Created by Taylor with perfumer Olivier Gillotin of Givaudan, inspiration came from Taylor’s favorite memories and scents. Wonderstruck is a gourmand floral; a charming and sparkling surprise of vibrant fruits, kissed by a bouquet of soft petals and a touch of sweet indulgence.
A perfectly charmed deep purple bottle holds this enchanting fragrance.  The iridescent rainbow finish gives the bottle a magical glow.  The antiqued gold charms that adorn the bottle were hand-picked by Taylor and are reminiscent of herunique style.  The Moravian star, dove and birdcage charms are signature decorative elements that evoke Taylor’s whimsical flair.  The charms appear once again within the intricate detail of the embossed cap, capturing Taylor’s love of hidden messages.

Look of the Week: Kate Middleton

This week's winner is the lovely Kate Middleton, For the BAFTA celebration, the Duchess wowed the crowd in a stunning Alexander McQueen gown, designed by Sara Burton (the designer behind her wedding dress also) . Kate’s shimmering chandelier-style diamond earrings were loaned to her by the Queen. She accessorized with the Jimmy Choo Vamp Glitter Sandals in ‘champagne’.
